Perhaps because of its size, in Hong Kong the harp is not as popular as the piano. Yet, the width of a full concert grand pedal harp is significantly less than that of an upright piano. There are two types of harp, lever and pedal. The size of each type of harp ranges from small ones suitable for children to big ones for adults.
Harp playing is increasingly being sought after, especially in the West. The World Harp Congress (the world's largest harp event) will be held in Hong Kong in 2017.
Come and de-stress in the therapeutic sounds of the harp after a long day at work, in a haven surrounded by fine art!
Instrument: 38-string lever harp will be used during class. Arrangements for practice can be made directly with the instructor.
Fee: $200 per lesson, payable monthly at the first lesson of the month
